UFCW is the Cannabis Workers’ Union.

For more than a decade, our union has been proud to help lead the development and stabilization of the emerging cannabis industry.

The UFCW represents tens of thousands of cannabis workers across the US in dispensaries, labs, delivery, kitchens, manufacturing, processing, grow facilities and more — helping workers secure better wages, protection from unfair discipline, and great benefits with a union contract.

When you sign an authorization card, you are not joining the UFCW. You simply express your desire to improve your working conditions and join a Union. You won’t become a member of UFCW 8-Golden State until a majority of your co-workers approve a contract covering your wages, benefits and working conditions.
